August was awesome. I stayed busy with getting about 9 new au pairs to my group for my Cultural Care job. The kids did VBS, VBS Soccer, T did gymnastics camp, and dates. We had lots of special people come visit us from out of town- making it feel like we're on vacation just living here. Aaron was selected as one of the business leaders 40 under 40 from SLO county, SB county, or Ventura county. I'm so proud of him. He's still cranking on the Phd and i'm still working on real estate stuff. School just started and all 3 kids will be away at school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and we will home school monday, wednesday, and fridays. Life is full- the kids have started AYSO soccer, Awanas starts soon, Home group is starting up, My monday night women study is starting, and Aaron's on the board of Kids Helping Kids an awesome local non profit doing amazing things for kids around the world. Life is good. What's really nuts is that September is going to be crazy busy with a vacation to Colorado and an Amazing Race Event we are planning for my family through Santa Barbara.
